RED....Sex, Passion, Danger
Visual presentation of your brand, your company or product turn of or turn off people and their attention. Colors will determine if people will start reading your article or will be noticed your ads. Colors influences how someone will respond and behave. If you go into fast-food restaurant you can see warm and happy colors because they want to you to feel happy and come back.
The cultural basis for color symbolism can be very powerful, and if you don't understand what you're saying with your colors, you can make big mistakes. Red color in China symbolizes good luck and celebration, in India purity, in Western countries excitement, danger, love, passion, stop. Green color in China symbolizes exorcism, in India Islam and in Ireland it's a symbol of the entire country. Orange is color of the Halloween, creativity and autumn. Blue color in Iran symbolizes heaven and spirituality and in the Western countries it is a symbol of depression, sadness, tradition and conservative.
In business, colors have different meaning. In America, green is associated with jealousy or money.
Red......excitement, strength, sex, passion, speed, danger.
Blue.....(most popular) trust, reliability, belonging, coolness.
Yellow...warmth, sunshine, cheer, happiness.
Orange...playfulness, warmth, vibrant.
Green....nature, fresh, cool, growth, abundance.
Purple...royal, spirituality, dignity.
Pink.....soft, sweet, nurture, security.
White....pure, virginal, clean, youthful, mild.
Black....sophistication, elegant, seductive, mystery, sexual.
Gold.....prestige, expensive, elite.
Silver...prestige, cold, scientific.
So, don't choose the colors because they are your favorite than pick your colors for your market.

Attention
The first thing your copy needs to do is grab the reader's attention. You achieve this with your headline. Your headline should immediately catch your readers' attention and offer a clear benefit for reading the rest of the copy. The headline should be about your readers - not about you.
Interest
The next thing the reader sees after reading your headline is the first line of your copy, this first line has to be strong enough, and compelling enough to get them to want to read the next line.
Desire
You need to convert your reader's interest into a strong desire for what you're offering. That's why most copy should be long, much longer than you think.
Action
Tell customers what to do, because if you don't... they like as not won't bother. "Buy my product! You must have them all!"
Fridge Magnets
Originally the magnet was a small unprinted patch that was stuck to the back of a leaflet or card and designed as a simple memory-jogger. If you or your company wants a good ad make bunch of fridge magnets and give them for free. Everyone likes fridge magnets. Put your logo, company name or some other picture and you will have permanent free ads. Do thing different!

QR Code

There is a headlong stampede at moment for publishers to do an app. All we hear is ‘must do an app’, ‘can we show you our app?’ If print still has a role to play, and we accept that we are moving inexorably towards a predominantly digital world, is there a better way to tie print and digital together?

Professional copywriter
In today's content-driven, social media world, the role of a copywriter has become more important than ever. And while tweets may not need that professional touch, writing Web copy, blogs, print ads, or broadcast copy requires more than just someone with good grammar who can string a sentence together—especially if that writing reflects on your brand. Well written copy builds brands and it helps focus a marketing message and drives customers to act. Well written copy is relevant, personal, and engaging. Well written copy can be the difference between a market-leader and a market-loser. There is a difference between writing about something and knowing how to write about something. You could probably write something yourself, but a copywriter can usually do it a lot more effectively because they have the experience and skill. A copywriter can create a consistent copy style that will appeal to a target audience, develop an appealing personality for a brand, product, company, and establish a unified voice.
Apple's iPad 2

Apple's iPad 2 is thinner, lighter, faster and more full-featured, and incorporates enough changes and updates to maintain Apple's strong sales in the tablet market. The iPad 2 looks a lot like its predecessor, with a few important tweaks, like front- and rear-facing cameras. The new model weighs in at just over 1.3 lbs. That's about 3 oz. lighter than last year's version, and while a few ounces may not sound like much, every bit of weight that can be shaved off a tablet matters. The iPad 2 also features a 33% thinner aluminum shell with a flat back and beveled corners wrapping around the 9.7-in. screen. Despite early speculation that the new iPad would have a higher-resolution screen, the display specs haven't changed; the resolution remains 1024 by 768 pixels, with 132 pixels per inch. This is a device that has redefined how people use computers, and its reach is not limited to just consumers. Companies are rolling out iPads instead of more expensive laptops; healthcare facilities are using them. So are law offices and financial firms. In less than a year, it has found a home in the workplace.
HP Envy 17

HP Envy 17 is an excellent desktop replacement thanks to its stunning 17.3-inch display and solid performance. The brushed-aluminum design gets high marks, and pictures, videos and movies look great on the high-resolution display. Performance is good across the board. The base model comes with a 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5-460M processor, 500 GB hard drive, 6 GB of RAM and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 graphics. With this configuration the HP Envy 17 can play most modern games. Other upgrades include a Blu-ray drive, dual hard drives and an extra battery. Battery life is one disappointment - less than two hours. Touchpad, which has problems with some multitouch gestures, including two-finger scrolling.
Asus G73Jw-A1

Asus G73Jw-A1 is a great gaming laptop for those who want serious performance without spending several thousand dollars. The 17.3-inch laptop powers through the most demanding 3D games, and graphics look gorgeous on the large high-resolution display. It comes with a powerful Intel Core i7-740QM processor, dual 500 GB hard drives, 8 GB of RAM and Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M graphics. Frame rates are excellent for all games, including "Far Cry 2." The Asus G73Jw-A1 also has serious multimedia chops, as evidenced by how easily it streams 1080p videos or plays HD movies. It also runs cooler than most gaming laptops, thanks to a redesigned exhaust system that routes heat away from the processor. Like most gaming laptops, the Asus G73Jw-A1 has underwhelming battery life -- less than three hours in most tests.
